Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey Chris!

Well...what can I say...Ihardly find anything to point out aside from some timming issues - especially around 0:44-0:46. I Think you could make your guitar little louder in the mix - it's a quite dense backing track and we would like to have more of your guitar to hear possible noises for example smile.gif At 0:58 I guess there is a note separation to be fixed but I can't tell this for sure since the guitar blurries in the mix. Anyway there is not much left to say other than a huge congrats on your progress!

Hi mate!

We are working together at Gab's Army so you already know what I think of your work on this lesson. I'm impressed of how much your vibrato has evolved in the last time. You are a very hard worker and this great take shows it. Darius has marked some details to have in mind, so please keep on practicing to feel even more comfortable with this cool neoclassical licks.

Cheers!

Hi Chris this is excellent work. Your vibrato is killer!

Technique is really solid throughout, as is your timing. There were no obvious things that leapt out at me as needing immediate attention. During the sweep arpeggio section, I'm not 100% sure if you're definitely allowing the pick to sweep through or if you're slightly separating the pick strokes or not. This is because I can see a bobbing motion with your picking hand after each stroke... but that could just be the way it looks and nothing wrong with the sweeping at all.

Keep up the good work!
