I vaguely remember my health teacher last year mentioning this. If true Guitar MIGHT just be the next Jennnnnnnnnny Craig

I always read that playing guitar hero and moving around alot Strips the pounds of
Im still trying to recall a time when ive broke a sweat playing guitar hero ?

Dont believe any of this ?
