ive got a podxt, anyone got any tips on how i can make a tone that helps harmonics pop out?
like a lot of gain treble what?
sample tones you use for harmonics will be cool to

I'm not a PodXt user but you can add some gain of course. If you are talking about pinch harmonics, it's not a matter of "gain treble". Try to use your bridge pickup to get the best result.
Humbuckers are great to get these ones.

im using my bridge humbacker and i get pretty good results but i did notice that on some tones i get them mroe easily and loudly than others, but it doesnt only have to do with gain

Mmm... Maybe some amp simulations have more gain by themselves. You know, a Soldano or a Mesa head should have more gain than an old Fender amp. You can take a look also at the compressor settings if there is one activated.
But, once again, I never used Pods, so we can wait for another answer smile.gif

The first patch tone I used for the PODxt I got this last month, was the Marcus Lavendell one and its the best ive tried so far. I can do harmonics even with the neck pickup, but it always works better with the bridge one. Look for it in the coments of the first Marcus lesson: "Winding Roads" and let us know if that works for you.

As Jerry said, you can also try to test different Compressor Treshold settings.
