Well best way be to edit the video and mute the sound when the copyrighted song is playing...You just can't use the songs you don't own rights to...Youtube disables many videos because of that..I don't know how do they do it ? Do they have some automated system or something ??

THere are several possible reasons:
1. Either somebody saw the video by accident and reported you. 2. YT has a copyrights service that monitors all videos and reports the issue ones based on some logs or instructions from other companies. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

It was a pitty that Google adquired youtube, in the good old days they weren´t so picky about this stuff.
