Is it over? Not in the least. It got to where I am about 8 PM yesterday and it's moving slow. My school's bottoms floor is underwater (but Katrina messed that up so it's alright). The streets are flooded and we are all stuck inside. My street is the only one around with power and internet apparently. The problem with this storm is that it's moving slowly. This gives it more time to make its mark. The pressure in the air is also dropping which means it will probably get stronger. No swimming in the streets for me!
