Hi,
Not sure if this is correct area.
I am using chrome and am not now seeing any lesson videos.
Any clues on how to fix.
Try to upgrade your Abobe Flash player to the latest version.
If it still not working, you can clear the browser cache. But...before to refresh a browser save your passwords
Yeah I am having that problem too on one of two laptops, but all other videos are playing on it.
Edit: Well after some delay it works again for me. I think the firewall blocked the automatic Flash upgrade
Thanks for reporting.
To help us determine whether this is caused by changes on our end, any additional details you can give us are appreciated. (when did it start happening, does it happen on all your units/browsers? ). Thanks!
This fix seems to have solved the issue for another user. So if you have flash installed - but still cannot see videos, try this (use the browser Google chrome):
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html
I was having the same problem. Seems like some chrome update has changed flash setings (haven't had this issue before). After running instruction from the link, the problem has been solved. Maybe their policy has changed to make people switch from flash to html 5 player...hmmm.
2021, I have this problem. I can't fix it, Chrome stopped working with Adobe Flash.
I have also tried on i Explores and FireFox. Videos are not displayed.
I was thinking of resubscribing again, but I can't do it with this problem.
Any solution?
Solved. It was a problem with my PC clock.
Regards.
Glad you solved it Davi!
