How Long , Is To Long, tweaking your ear

Well , I finally got around to recording the solo I have been working on( Bark at the moon )and after about 1 hour and some change( even though I new it was rough) I decided to post my attempt, and having listened to it again with fresh ears I was shocked
bends that I thought I kept in tune,passages that I thought were in time, were not.

I mean , I was shocked and I think that to many times repeating phrases slowly got my timing and my bending off /out of tune .
was wondering has this happened to anyone, and I know next time I will at least wait a day to reevaluate
