Well the only one I know that would work out is The Root Of All Evil, Its actually Eb but I suppose E standard wouldnt be too much different.

I played in a DT coverband and in my opinion one of the easiest songs to play is Peruvian sky. Surrounded is easy too if you can manage the tempo. And Strange Deja Vu is fun.
Those are the ones that spring to mind.

Erotomania - tricky and fun to play
Under A Glass Moon - one of the coolest solos ever
Overture 1928
Metropolis - tricky but fun

This songs are my favourite DT songs to play and they are all in E.

Metropolis is the first one that comes to mind here.. also.. im pritty sure damage control is played in standard but on a 7 string guitar.. sorry to burst the bubble of whoever suggested it.. of course if im wrong id love to hear how to play it on a 6 string in standard biggrin.gif

Pull Me Under is a good one that got radio airplay. It's also a song that mere mortals can attempt, and pull off. But, if you can play any of this stuff accurately , all the way through, then you are quite the player. I salute you!

My vote goes to Pull me under too! Great song to learn when starting on some DT stuff.
