Personally I would go with the higher end power supplies. This is a part of the equation you don't want 'cheap out' on.
Since you're only talking about 4 pedals look into this http://t-rex-effects.com/products/fueltank-junior-1.aspx It'll power 5 pedals, all outputs are iso'd, it's solid as a rock and you can usually find them for $100 US. With only four pedals - depending on what they are - you may be able to get away with a '1-spot' power supply. -------------------- - Ken Lasaine

That looks great, but if you're in Australia, you'd know that everything is more expensive here.. A Voodoo Power Plus is $320. That is insane! One of my pedals draws 500mA, but I don't know if it actually draws 500mA (Zoom MS-100BT). There are not many pedal power supplies that provide 500mA, so I think my option would be to power that one individually. I can get this one for a good price here in Aus, and it seems to have the stuff I want. Still it doesn't have 500mA outputs, but I have read on forums that the Zoom MS-100BT with 200mA works for them. If the pedal is underpowered, do I risk damaging it, or does it just not turn on? |

If you under power a pedal you won't hurt it - it just may not work as well, or at all.
The T-rex fuel tank 'classic' provides 500 ma ... but it is more expensive. -------------------- - Ken Lasaine
