Ok, i saw this about 2-3 days ago or something and was quite upset about it. going to miss him in peppers but! i do enjoy his solo work. if you havent heard it check it out

I had mixed feelings about this.

I saw it today and was like..... What?

But I mean, you wouldn't want him in the band if he wasn't passionate about what he was doing.

And this time the Chili's wont make the mistake of getting someone like Navarro.

it is sad, but they survived without him before and they will continues to do so. i look forward to seeing what solo stuff he will put out.

yeah, someone posted the news here as well. I think it's good that he is doing what he feels and not just staying for a commercial formula.

This is sad news and Frusciante did this before. Navaro was a great fit in chilis but songs they composed then were not a match for Johns work before and after. But I'm really looking forward to see how they are doing with a new guitarist and how new songs will sound in the future...
