That was not that bad,

You played the hell out of those 12 bars!

Not that I am any better, I would say the same advice I was given would work for you as well.

1 - A metronome will help.

2 - Try not to play the same notes too much.

Both things I have been told and I believe has helped my playing, well other than practice.
