Posted by: Marc_Maiden Apr 4 2009, 10:42 PM

aiiiieeeee why cant anything run smoothly for me!

i realized that my boss pedal makes my tone super bassy....muffled almost...whats up with that? it does that plug into the effects loop....i can even tolerate the sound plugged into the front....note its bassy when i roll off the bass and mid and roll up the highs...

not cool...what can i do to fix this?!

or is it the pedal?

or my loop?

or i just should quit at buying effects lol

you'd be helped trying the pedal with another amp to rule out items to narrow down the source of the problem.

If you have the same bad sound both before the amp and in the loop I don't see how it could be the loop.

You should try the pedal with another amp.

Perhaps the amp is sensitive, it is best to check out with other amps. Also, if your amp has series effects loop, and this stomp is digital, it is possible that it will digitalize the sound that comes from the amp, and this way cause problem.
