Hey guys smile.gif I decided to get a pair of BKP Juggernaut for my baritone guitar - I need a lot more punch and tightness for it and I thought that if Misha Mansoor had these made for him, they should deliver the thing smile.gif

Has any of you had any experience with them? If yes, on what type of guitar and on what setup? How do they feel?

Thanks a bunch!

Cosmin

From what I"ve heard so far they are BAAARRRUUUUUUTAAALLL!! Record some quickies for us once you get them installed!! I just got a pair of HOMEWRECKER PUNISHERS which are designed to compete with BKP higher gain sets using ALnico magnets. I"ll record some bits once I get them installed smile.gif

But honestly, I've found that pickups often matter less in my overall sound that does my actual processing. For example, here is a quick 'Djent" tone with some 80's bite done with CHEAP, STOCK, bland Ibanez pickups in my old RG7620. I've found it really, really, difficult to get this type of tone out of my live rig. But it's easy to get it out of software smile.gif

Here are the new PUNISHER homewreckers. They look nice smile.gif And Josh (the builder) says they KILL so I"m looking forward smile.gif

Waiting for some samples wink.gif Had no chance to try them out. As we speak of pickups I have another set of SD on it's way for demos wink.gif

smile.gif I will let ya guys know as soon as I get them - hopefully, next month if the budget allows. If I don't like them, I know at least one guy who would buy them from me instantaneously, so I guess that gets me covered for any situation wink.gif

Heh, they recommended the Cold Sweat, based on my musical tastes and the fact that I want to mount them on the Mike Mushok PRS baritone. The thing is that, I also attached a presskit and they invited me to send a physical one as well, in respect to a potential endorsement. Chances are slight, I think, but they exist smile.gif Let's keep the fingers crossed! biggrin.gif

that would be awesome biggrin.gif I hope it happens.
Im currently building a custom guitar for myself and plan on using the bare knuckle Holy Diver pickups. All of their pickups sound really cool.

The Holy Diver... isn't that Steve Stevens' signature, from BKP? biggrin.gif
