Hi GMC!

I thought I would share a chart I made for quick references in tunings. I tune my guitars to different tunings all the time. I printed this out, put it on my wall, and use it as an aid. If I tune to Drop Bb tuning, I can still use this guide as a help. I took theory in piano years ago, and I know where the notes are. smile.gif

What do you use to help you? Chord charts? Books?

-Brandon

This is a great chart! I am going to print out two copies, hang one on the wall of my music room for reference and put the other in my guitar case for reference when playing in other places. I'm begining to use alternate tunings more and more so this will help a lot. Thanks for posting this man!

Wouldn't it be more educational to figure it out on your own until it goes automatically?
I mean... everyone knows standard is tuned in fourths, and drop tunings are a fifth at the bottom.
Just my cent, but everyone is different. smile.gif

Glad you people like it and find it useful.

@Sollesnes I actually don't know theory that well. I'm using this as a training wheel to help me until it is automatic. smile.gif

I would like to share my table of keys that I made years ago to help me with keys, modes, chords, and notes of the 12 diatonic keys. Check out this post:
