GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Gmc Hero Licks Collection

Hi all,
I am inspired by the lesson from Kris:
http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Your-First-Phrases/
My idea is, that everyone of us (students and instructors) share with us his favourite licks from the GMC lessons.
The licks can be from all levels over 1 to 5 bars for example.
When we have 50 licks (or more) I will make a "guitar book" called "The GMC Hero Licks Collection" (or something like this) with the licks and corresponding audio from the lesson.
Therefor I need a screenshot from the lick, the link to the corresponding lesson and the moment when the lick is played from the instructor.
I think thats a great and helpful thing to have a "GMC Lick Collection" from the GMC lessons.
What do you think???

Damn, it's very hard for me to choose only few licks because we have so many amazing lessons but.......my first option is a lick from my favorite lesson from GMC
BTW I tried to put a screenshot with the lick from the pdf file but even if I resize the image was impossible to upload this.

This whole lesson is really good actually. I still remember how awesome I felt when I first played the last lick at full speed Its one of those licks ( in fact the whole lesson ) where although it is relatively difficult to learn it sounds WAY more complicated than it actually is..... which is great!
As we are talking about heroic licks I would also include another one from Mr Higgins. The final cascading lick from 'Cross to bear'. Unfortunately I cant play it but it is heroic and if I ever manage to play it I too would be heroic.

Awesome licks bleez!!! 
I include the lick from Ben into my daily guitar gym! I will never be able to play as fast, but its a good practise.... (I pick only the first note of each triplet, the rest with pull offs and hammer ons, I think its a little bit easier to play it "fast" then)

I haven't done many lessons with hero licks in Chris, you don't really get many in levels 1 and 2.
The ascending run from 0:29 is good in this lesson.

Ha Ha nice one! One of my favorite licks which I am currently working on is this one at 1:10 on up. There are two.... The rest of the track is what brought me to this lesson but when I really heard those licks I felt kinda silly inside...
