Well, i can see how it could of offended some people- it was a questionable choice of nickname...but i think the world would have kept spinning either way...

And a more subtle approach would have been not to announce this....didn't really have much purpose except to announce your mild discontent....

Yes this is true, but I`m in some agreement with Deeproots here, I`m pretty sure Andrew meant something more along the lines of,

"Hey guys, I`ve changed my nick from eatmegod to alleballe90, apologys if I upset or offended anyone, it wasnt my intention to do so, anyways I`m glad to be here blah blah" that kind of thing ?

I think choosing inappropriate name is not a good manner, and not a way that should be act on the forum, regardless of language. Also it is stated in the forum rules not to use any foul language and such on the forum.
