Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi guys,
this is my final take for my first MTP month, played with an Ibanez guitar through a V-Amp 3, recorded with energyXT and a webcam.
Have fun (hopefully unsure.gif )!

I think it's quite good. The riffing you do can be a bit tighter and more precise, but it's OK. The soloing part is a bit detuned, your guitar is a bit out of tune, but you also fret the strings so you bend them. Try to press exactly on the string and apply even vibrato and make sure the bending motion gets back on the fretting note. More work on bends to give them strength is also needed.

Overall its a nice take. Guitar does sound a little bit out of tune during solo part. I noticed some unwanted string noise in the riffing part. Try to mute the strings you are not playing to avoid noise.

Good work overall! smile.gif

it is actually pretty good man, again, you should work on your muting (specially in the left hand), and more precise vibratos/bends, keep rocking man!
