Advice On My Practice Sessions!

I was wondering if the pros here at GMC could help me refine my practice sessions! Currently i start my daily pracice routine with speed picking patterns taken from all the videos in the speed picking series;

Speedpicking lesson 2


triplets/sixteenth-note-triplets:47 bpm / 3 minutes (new 50 bpm / 2 minutes)

Then typically I move onto practicing one of the 3 pentatnonics videos, and end up jamming around to the backing tracks exerciseing what i have learnt from those videos!! I really enjoy this part......but its getting a bit samey now, but i havent yet mastered the licks in pentatnonics video 3.

My question is, would you guys change my daily routine? am i do doing to many speed picking exercises? am i doing them enough or to little? should i be varying my routine some more? all advice much appreciated!! cool.gif
