Hi
A friend challenged me on facebook
challenge: post the guitar solo "another brick in the wall" before the end of January 2021
I accepted, I worked for 1 month and I put the video online today
Bends are not easy. I voluntarily decreased by 1 tone the backing track
my Eb tuning made my work easier
It’s not perfect, but I’m proud to have done it
Thats a hard challenge.Very well played mate
Is that a special run Gibson SG. Never seen one like that before.
Thank you very much liveoasisfore.....
The luthier repaired this gibson
I destroyed it when I was 18.
I was young and I did very, very bad things.....
Pieces of mahogany were glued together and it was painted in matt because the price was lower than a glossy paint with original varnish.
I bought two iron plates to personalize it..
Today it is unique, but has no more pecuniary value.
This is a hard task but you made this solo sounds really awesome!!!
Amazing playing and I also absolutely love the background from the video. Very cool idea to present it in this way.
This is brilliant MisterM. That's as good as any cover band I've seen play it, it's not an easy solo, well done buddy, you are an inspiration
As soon as I saw you wipe the sweat from your hands on your jeans, I literally did this
I'm glad I am not the only one with sweaty hands all the time
Great cover by the way!
That triple bend at 37 seconds is perfect. Your entire version of this is spot on. That triple bend bit is very tricky which is why he does it. he knew way back then that it would not be easy to repeat as it takes a ton of control. Congrats on learning this!
Todd
Thank you very much Sarge
I'm happy to read tour com

This sounds absolutely stunning - everything tone, pitch and timing! So inspiring 👌👌👌
