We have pinnekjøtt, a common dish for christmas in western Norway  Smoked lamb with potatos and rutagaba.

Pork and duck roast with sugared/caramelized potatoes

But duck roast with sugar/caramelized potatoes and same dessert as Ulrik, then we get 'Gammeldags hvidkål' which translates to 'Old days cabbage' (?), no idea what it could be called in English. And normal white potatoes, brown sauce - and more, can't think of it all at the momento |

It's funny that our neighbours eat almost the same but more poultry and lamb.
