Hi guys name is Jeremy and I have played bass guitar for about 5 years now with a band and decided I wanted to get into playing 6 string guitar. I find it very chalanging and get a little confused on where to start. I have checked out some of the beginner stuff and think it is great. If anyone could give me an idea of where to maybe start or what I should work on first the advice would be most welcome. Thanks for the great site and I look forward to hearing from you all!!

Hello and welcome.

Everyone here started in different places as far as I can tell. After the beginner and 1 on 1 lessons, I found some nice blues a good place to start as a new guitar player. It just seemed the easiest to start on even though it is not my favorite genre.

Good luck and don't forget to breath.

It would be best to start off in the begingners, but learn whatever looks interesting.
