Hi GMCers

I am Harry from austria, 34yo and want to say hi to everyone.
I have been watching on GMC for some time and finally i decided to get registered.
now i am here *hehehe*

i am playing guitar since i was 16 (so nearly 20 years now), learning everything on my own and playing in a band for long time
so you may wondering what i am doing here then......

now i have come to a point where learning by myself gets a bit stuck, i tried a lot but i think i have not the right technique, thats the reason why i am here, looking for some people who can help my going further, and i am sure that it is necessary to get one step back to keep going on, therefore i need YOUR help

- first i think its necessary to take my technique under scope to see what i can do better or in another way
- then i would like to "think over" my lets call it "riffing"
- songwriting would also be interesting for me (but i guess that comes along with new ways of riffing)
- and of course doing some soloing

that are the things that i would like to go further, buti hope that the "drill"instructors here can help me getting a leeson plan that fitts to me.
i am not so sure where to start and how to go on.......

My equipment:
Amp: Marshall JCM 900
Effect: Korg AX 1500 G, AX 30 G
Guitar: an old Ibanez guitar without Wammybar and another one in leopard style with wammybar

My prefered music:
i am an old shool guy and i like also the shool guy Angus Young (AC/DC) *hehe*
but i am up to every kind of good music, no matter if its rock, funk, metal or whatever

i have been playing in the band (rhythm) stuff from AC/DC, Guns n roses, Greenday, Black Sabbath, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage against the machine, Stiltskin and so on
I also like some Bon Jovi stuff
by the way i really like "noctural vision" from kris and marcus, pretty cool song WOW - grats
so i think that should be enough for the first time and i hope to hear from you soon, that i can start over getting in "new spheres" of guitar playing

so dear instructors, i am here to get "drilled" by you - so lets go.......

greets
Harry
