Pedal Daisy Chain Advice.... Options

Hey everyone. I was a member here several years ago. I quit because of a pending back surgery, my doc told me I wouldn't be able to play electrics anymore, so I sold my entire rig. Anyhoo, after the surgery, he said I could play, because once he got in there, he found out he didn't have to do what he originally though.

Well flash forward and I have a whole new rig....EVH half stack, 2 Schecter Hellraisers, and a Taylor acoustic. My only problem is, I don't remember which order my pedals go in....I have the following - ISP Decimator 2 (Noise Gate, which honestly, I barely need, coz the EVH is amazingly quiet for a high gain amp) An MXR 10 band EQ, Boss Chromatic Tuner, Holy Grail Reverb, Boss Digital Delay, MXR Analog Chorus, and the Dimebag Wah.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Look forward to learning again and getting to know some of you fine folks.

Nothing is set in stone - everyone has their own order depending on what their ears like - the key here is to experiment!

Personally my setup would be like this (assuming the amp has an fx loop):

Guitar -> Tuner -> Wah -> Amp -> Fx loop out -> Chorus -> Delay -> Reverb -> EQ -> Fx Loop Return -> Cab

The noise suppressor I would either use after my guitar or in the loop - depending on the circumstances.

That's just me though

First of all huge congrats on Your luck and still being able to play the guitar That's fantastic

To be honest I set my gear similar to Chris. I would probablygo for the noise supressor in the FX loop but only if the amp has the loop before any kind of volume adjustment (so the volume settings do not change the levels of signal going through the gate. My reason for this is actually being more sensitive for a long sustained notes when You play on a dirty channel. Same notecould be cut of much earlier if Yu plug the gate before the distortion.
