I like the chords that have the shape of 113XXX (for example) in standard tunings and drop tunings. What type of chords are they in both tunings?

This one is best used with a drop tuning so that you can bar the 2nd fret and move it around instead of having an open string
This is nicely illustrated in the main riff of that song smile.gif https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odUetlJ0FGY

And the second one. Bmin(b6) i think

I like to play this one after a Cmaj7 ( for instance 7 8 9 10 x x from high to low) or a Cmaj6 (same thing but playing the 5th fret on the high E)
Oh and a quick one

In standard i think it would be a reversed powerchord, with the fifth in the bass instead of the root. So there the root would be Bb on the A string
In Drop tuning this becomes an add9 powerchord, so in drop D tuning your chord would be an Eb5add9 smile.gif
