I just finished drawing a pencil portrait of Simone Simons from epica, great band by the way.
I don't have much experience at drawing portraits, i've only done 4 so far.
It took me around three hours to complete it, so here it is,
tell me what you think!

And thanks for mentioning epica, I'd never heard of them before and they are really good.I love her voice and their sound in general. Listen to Cry for the moon, it's my favorite epica song, they've got a killer combination of violins ang guitars.

Tell me about it, the hair is the only think i didn't like. I guess i know what i have to work on.
