Now that I live in Florida, I''m planning on visiting the legendary MORRISOUND STUDIOS in Tampa Florida. It's where Death Metal sorta began and then festered. I have no idea how a little town like Tampa got this started, but really it can be traced back to Chuck from the band DEATH. He lead the way and everybody sorta followed. If you have not seen this doc, it's quite good. I got the chance to play with one of the original Florida Death Metal guys for a while in the band GNOSTIC. The drummer was from Florida Tech Death pioneers called ATHEIST.
