Hey.

My name is igor and im a resident in frankfurt.

i bought an ibanez i think 7 years ago but never managed to play right or good or whatever. i think its the technique and the lack of theory..

but watching the first 4 beginners lessons just made me wanting more...

hope to get it right and ive got a feeling i will.

igor

Hi Igor and Welcome! You seem to have the will to play now so I guess the time is right for you to learn and with enough practice and good lessons of course you will improve quicker than you think biggrin.gif

well my list is long and versetile...

i like punk (lagwagon, propagandhi) ska (rx bandits, mad caddies, link80) reggea(good ol' Bob, satori) hardcore(dilllinger escape plan, raised fist, death by stereo) classic(mostly philip glass) and experimental/electro (sounds of animals fighting, radio station "dublab").

but what got me by the nuts (i mean that literally) was The Fall Of Troy. Amazing band and crazy guitarist.

so lot of fast licks is where I want to go. but step by step... beginner, 101, and then we'll see

thx, andrew I'll take you by your words wink.gif
