Hey folks,
I found in my subscriptions a new video from SteveVaiHimself where he and another guy present Ibanez´ newest distortion pedal: the JEMINI DISTORTION PEDAL. It´s an awesome performance of Steve Vai and Steve Vai and you will see why on this video: Jemini Distortion Pedal Demo

Have fun and have some handkerchiefs for your tears ready. biggrin.gif

Cheers,
Tolek

I saw both pedals and I am impressed. If you want to sound like Vai, buy this pedal. If you want to sound like Joe, buy his signature pedal, the satchurator. smile.gif

Sounds pretty cool. I wonder how it would sound on a regular amp with a regular player

Regular player being the operative word in Ivans statement. Remember, he's Steve Vai - He could take a guitar that's out of tune with rusty strings and a 34$ used amp sound remarkably good.

I agree completly, it sounds awesome with his very expansive guitar, amp, and himself playing it.

But what's important is how will it sound when the average joe uses it with his cheap gear tongue.gif

Thanks for sharing. The pedal sounds cool (but it's true what you say about the comibinations: Expensive Guitar + Expensive amp + one of the best guitar players I've ever seen smile.gif ).

Funny promo.

This is great demo! His skeptical face seeing himself doing a solo, hehe.

About the pedal, I really liked the "lot of hair" side.
