Hey guys! I would like to recommend a book that really inspires me. When I was at the University where I studied a "Licenciature in Audiovision" (with two orientations, recording and sound + audio and video post production) I had a course called "Creativity" which was really interested. They made us see the our mind as a muscle and the creativity as something that can be trained as our arm's muscles. We read many books on that half year and curiously, the following months I felt so inspired and composed a lot of stuff (I haven't stop since them ).
Ok, the book that I would like to share is called Free Play - Improvisation in Life and Art by Stephen Nachmanovitch
