to Sweden biggrin.gif, too bad the tickets are expensive.
last year I had my dreamholiday, I backpacked in Egypt.too bad that we were
at the border of saoudi arabia when osama bin laden got shot down so we needed to go back to cairo. ( there were firefights outside
because of the ongoing revolution in there ) maybe I go back once..

I'd like to travel to California to jam with my YouTube buddies.

Wait, I take that back...if they would let me...I would want to jam with a few instructors here. Trond Vold is among them and top on the list. His Canon Rock and other cool lessons are what convinced me to join GMC. And then of course, I eventually found other instructors to learn from and not stick to just one. tongue.gif

there are lots of places I`d like to go, I`m terrified of flying though so that kinda prevents us going "too far" I can just about handle a 2 1/2hr flight to Spain but even the thought of that right now makes my stomach churn let alone a 10, 12 or longer haul flight blink.gif

I`m hoping I can overcome it as I`ve promised my wife for her 40th Birthday or our 10 year wedding anniversary that we`ll go to the Caribbean for a holiday unsure.gif

I`d love to go to the Carribbean, Australia and the US one day smile.gif

I would love to go to a seaside vacation. Possibly Spain at this moment.

Actually - there is a dream journey I would like to take some day (I saw it in one turist agency ad) :

It's 31 days, combines cruising and airplane travel. Goes from Hongkong, Sidney to Los Angeles and London with lots of stops in between.
It's around 4000 euro so I guess it's not "that" impossible smile.gif
One day - I'll pack my bags heheheh

Wow, sounds awesome Bogdan! I'll have to look out for such an offer as well wink.gif
And Chris, flying 12 hours is even more relaxing than flying 2 hours...just movies, eating, sleeping, and you're there! smile.gif

Hmmm... Interesting question. I guess If I had to keep it within the United States (Where I'm from) I would either want to visit the American west (read Grand Canyon here biggrin.gif or possibly the Pacific Northwest. On the international scene, I have always wanted to visit rural England & Ireland, from what I have seen on TV and in movies the countryside of these places is beautiful! I also would love to visit the Caribbean some day as well, since I love the Ocean. Course if I could not get to the Caribbean, I would settle for Tahiti biggrin.gif

I kind of like it here in Sweden. At least in summer. cool.gif On the other hand, I liked most of places I traveled to.
At some point I would like to see Dubai.

Chris, which is worst, flying or driving on the RIGHT side? I suppose you could come a long way by car, given you have the time and patience of course. biggrin.gif

I'm not travelling this summer, but I booked a trip to Cyprus in November, hope it is still ok warm.
Mexico, Peru, Japan, China... would be first if I had unlimited funds.

It looks like Scandinavia is popular. Make sure to go in the summer time.

(and I can recommend the southern part of Africa, Namibia, Botswana + Zambia:
