Gabriel just asked me this and I realise I forgot to tell everyone about it: If you want to use a compostion that is more than 70 years old (that is 70 years after the composer's death), you are free to do so! I could not find when Yuquihiro Yocoh died (he may be still alive), but he was born in 1925. So, I guess his arrangements should not be introduced here. Sorry, but we can't have a lesson on this song. However, you can always do an In the Style of -lesson.
