Its Victorian mountain as. Its also one of the oldest trees in the world. Its quite abundant here in Australia and its quite the sustainable wood. I plan on using it as a stable for alot of my builds. Very stable and very uniformed. The grain is pretty much always dead straight so its the truest quatersawn down the whole body. I like the jack/knobs plate, it reminds me of a telecaster guitar.
