Agree, rather than taking those sugary cough lollies and surup which just depress and prelonging it, most of the ones that actually work contain alcohol.
Here's a killer 'home remedy' drink to get you feeling better and your throat clear (it was created by an old lady and actually works): In a cup add... Half a shot of bourbon whiskey Tablespoon of honey Tablespoon of apple vinegar cider Lemon or Lime juice Microwave for just a few second, you don't want to burn off the alcohol, just melt the honey and make it slighty warm (it should start bubbling in the microwave). Stir and shot it back down your throat, feel the germ killing effects! Take when required, do not exceed dose if passed out from bourbon shots. Cures the flu, allergies, sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis... umm everything (alcoholic anonymous hotline is 0800 erm forgot)! --------------------  Play Games Arcade Take a break, Play Games!
