yeah, I liked those books! I personally recommend Eckhart Tolle, and the collection of books, "The Bible"
They are full with deep teachings which point to the truth imo. -------------------- Visit my:

Also, check out the "Nag Hamadi Library" these books are known as the "Dead Sea Scrolls" and "Gnostic Gospels". They are books that were not included in the protestant bible. Some are included in the Apocrpypha in the Catholic Bible. (Some folks may not know there are two versions). The Dead Sea Scrolls are now available online and make a great read. They were considered heretical and almost all copies were destroyed. One copy was found in (yup) the dead sea half a century ago. here is a good link to start.

There was a great documentary on the History Channel ( now available on youtube ) about the "Banned Books" from the Bible (e.g. dead sea scrolls) and it gives a great overview. It's broken down in small watchable chunks. The Gospel of Judas (where judas is turned in to a Hero) and Gospel of Mary (where Mary is shown as "beloved" of jesus and the chosen leader of the Apostles) made early church fathers pretty nervous. These were not included in the original protestant canon and many were missing for 2,000 years. Only now at this point in history can we get a broader view of how things were seen at the start of a very long story that became Christianity. Worth a watch This is the first chunk. interesting.. I'll check this documentary... thanks! -------------------- My lessons
