Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

I must congratulate you on the timing in this take You have really improved in terms of timing all around, so it was clear that this lesson was going to be better as well. The important aspects which need your focus would be: - the staccato effect executed when each chord is played - you sometimes do it and sometimes not. Please listen to the original take to see where the technique is implemented and try to record a new take having this in mind. - clean chords - sometimes, the chords could sound cleaner - that of course, comes from playing the correct shapes when switching chords. As the C-Man said, you just need to add the extra details now: -Get the staccato effect by cutting off the chords when necessary - listen to Bear for this. -Get the chords sounding clearer. Practise changing from one chord to another and focusing on the fingers being in the right place and fretting the strings properly. Your timing has improved a lot on this lesson and I think that the main reason is that you followed other advice! I'm proud. The only difference that I note on this take is the way you manage the length of the chords and when you mute them, compared with the original lesson. This gives the rhythm a different feel and groove, so I think that you should re-check it and try to play it the closer possible. Keep on rocking!
