GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Load Time

I have been having a problem loading videos. I usally pause the video and allow time for the video to load but latley it has been taking a very long time for them to load. (around ten to 15 min) I dont have this problem on any other site loading videos. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Is this a new problem with the load times? I would try and run a tracert to gmc and see if it is dropping somewhere. I don't know the ip off hand, but I can look it up
