Hi GMC!

I made this humble tutorial for YouTubers, but I thought I'd share it with GMC as well (maybe put it in the knowledge base or something for future reference?) I didn't know if there was already a tutorial on this, but I thought it was worth sharing. smile.gif

Ever wondered what POD Farm was all about? How does it work? What is it for? Are you thinking of buying it but need more info? You are in luck! I have produced this humble tutorial for you.

I love POD Farm. It's a great way to record via USB on your PC. You can purchase all sorts of downloadable expansion packs to increase your library. If you have questions please let me know. I will try to help you in any way I can.

Good luck!

I inserted a little humor in the beginning just for kicks. I'd like to thank a YouTube follower of mine for requesting this tutorial.

Very cool vid! smile.gif I'm all for Guitar Modeling, Emulation, Softare Instruments, etc. It's a great way to get killer recordings in a home studio with very minimal gear. A computer, some software and your guitar, and you can make some really convincing guitar tones. Of course, I"m all for nice Amps, Heads, Cabs, Mics, Pre-Amps, too. But until you can get wads of nice gear together, modeling is a great way to go.

Very good tutorial man! smile.gif)
This will be useful to many out there. It's very thorough/detailed and easy to follow.

I'm a fan of line6 POD studio line. IMO it's the easiest way to get into home recording and it can actually sound pretty good!

Wow, very cool tutorial. You really made it very nice. Good funny stuff too, interesting smile.gif

One suggestion - perhaps with some quiet background music it would sound even better.

Thanks alot Brandon. I needed to see this. I still haven't picked out a guitar interface yet & this was very informative.

Thanks guys! By the way, I don't know where that high-pitched noise comes from - my webcam stinks I guess. tongue.gif

@Ivan:
I considered inserting BGM. I wondered if it would be appropriate since I'm playing at the same time. But heck, you do it, so it must be good! Haha. wink.gif
