I don't own one, but my brother does and I think it is great, for some reason where I am from and where I live, people don't like it I always hear all kinds of comments that it doesn't sound real, this seems to come from the old school guitar players that would rather have separate stomp boxes and pure amp distortion. While I agree that the best distortion comes from a good amp, the POD does an excellent job at it, and for chorus, delay, wah compressors all in one package it seems like a bargain to me

I would definitely like to see what other guitar players have to say about it

Nice.... seek and destroy

The more you play with audacity the better youlll get at it... You can do things in the effects and mix things in with it... You can lay down a rhythm track and record a solo over it... goto you tube and look up audacity tutorials

try taking that track you made and highlighting it and going to effects and clicking bass boost to see what it sounds like..

Congratulations, I own one of these units, and use everything but the amp simulations. I´ve got the 2.0 version thet has a metal carcass ,and have even used it as a guitar rig midi controller.

Cool Pedal , but shouldn't this thread go in the "Gear" forum to avoid clutter?

Yeah, you can cut out the parts of your recording that you dont want in there... also you can record a solo over your riffs, in preferences click record while playing track..
