Hello guys.

How have you been.

what's your mainly goal to the next year?

For me , i want to cut social media but i don't know if is a good idea.

But I'm going to try.

I miss old times without much technology , i want to spend more time travelling and enjoy live without a mobile every moment in my hand.

Happy new year GMC rolleyes.gif

I just want to be happy, healthy and get better at geetar. I'll do whatever it takes within my power to get that.

Peace.

Phil

I am hoping that it can be at least one year where everyone I love is healthy and happy, including myself smile.gif Play more guitar, write more songs, do more collabs smile.gif

For me it's mostly losing weight, lot of weight. Not too musical, I know. Health is far more important. As for musical goals, a pro guitar and small bedroom studio would be great. Last but not least, technical stuff: being able to play Tornado of Souls solo would feel amazing! smile.gif Yeah, I'm ready for even more hard work!

Best wishes to all of you and your families! smile.gif

Edit: as for goals for the first month, I want to pass the lessons I'm working on in Gabriel's Mentoring Thread biggrin.gif

GOAL SETTING

It's worth mentioning that Setting Goals is the only way to actually move toward those goals. Without any sort of goal, one sorta drifts. I've have students that never set any goals for themselves as far as guitar, and end up putting it down, losing several years, then picking it back up later and wishing they'd set some goals.

The key to Goal Setting is easy.

1.)Set a Long Term Goal
2.)Set Short Term Goals that lead to the long term goal.

E.G.
1.)I WANT TO SHRED!!
2.)I'm going to try to practice at least one hour per day, every day.
3.)I'm going to do my hand/arm stretches every day before and after practice.
4.)I'm going to complete 1 quick lick per week.
5.)I'm going to complete 1 Bootcamp Every Week
