Hi guys,

cant help noticing there are no metal collabs as yet?

I have got a backing track and some of my own ideas (solo wise) but I don't have the means to put other peoples recordings on top, can anybody out there help? sad.gif

here is the backing track and then my take on the solo over the top any chance someone can take the recording reins from here?
or if someone else uses a riffworks for recording any ideas on how to import an mp3 over a backing track?

Attached File  metal_collab.mp3 ( 575.74K ) Number of downloads: 250

Attached File  metal_collab_with_solo.mp3 ( 715.02K ) Number of downloads: 216

Its in the key of E so E minor pentatonic well serve you well for this one although I do use some modal ideas (don't ask me which cos I have'nt got a clue) blink.gif

I was looking for around 6 so its not too overboard but it would be nice if we had each with a different style,

(and by that i mean technique wise) say one with tapping, one all legato and one with sweeps and triads?

That would keep it really interesting throughout

Did you use the Toneport to get your solo sound?

If you did can you upload a patch file so I could match the tone of mine up? smile.gif
