Hi GMC

Since January 31, 2019, I have been living in another house. I chose this one because the area is very quiet.
this house was made in 1970 - There is a lot of work to do.
My wife and me are passionate about the renovation and we are not afraid to get our hands dirty.

Every day very early I practice 1 hour of guitar. Sometimes when I can, I also play 1 hour at night but it is difficult.
My work is 25 jazz fusion licks. Tomorrow I will learn the N°20.

I am very proud because I have been working this lesson for 2 to 3 years.
I don’t participate much in the forum and I haven’t spoken to my coaches in the last few weeks.
Here’s the reason why

have a nice day smile.gif

I love home construction, remodels and renovations! Probably because I am good at it and have done it for a living for most of my adult life. Best of luck to you on it and it looks like a nice place from what I can see. Congratulations! There will be plenty of time to play and learn music in your new space which may inspire you. And sometimes taking a break from music can be a good thing as well. Just be careful with those hands! wink.gif

Looks like a great project. I hope we get to see some after pictures.

I've been considering tearing down this closet in my studio room. It has some old clothes and some things that could go to the attic in it, but my parents are NOT fond of the idea. They shouldn't have any say though, I live by myself and I'm 31 laugh.gif

I saw your progress and it's looking good!!! Gaining studio space is always a good thing !

I saw this tune shared by Mertay and it had a bit of a "BEN" vibe on it! WHaddya think?

Thank Farine,

I needed to breathe,
I couldn’t stand my neighbors and the noise of the city.
I wonder why I didn’t leave earlier, this new life here is a true gift

Hi all

Here are some pictures of the work done in recent days
I had the flu and low back pain, so I took a break for two weeks.
The pink plates because I’m going to install a pellet heater.

the opening has been reduced to 210 cm to use the kitchens angles correctly
There is still a lot of work, but rome was not built in 1 day smile.gif

Hi

The last few days have been dedicated to finishing coating, sanding and white paint.
I’ve played the guitar for 45 minutes every morning, and I take this opportunity to repeat some difficult lesson sequences.

Next big step: the ceiling
I installed electricity, RJ45 internet network, plumbing
the whole will be hidden under a plasterboard ceiling
