Here is my take, It is nothing new, with lots of clichés but it's 80s right? It's all about clichés!

When do you expect to have the final mix done? (In other words: When is the deadline for the actual takes?)

From the moment people upload their takes I should have final mix within 48 hours.
I am hoping people who applied by wednesday will also submit their takes by then. If that happens you will have final mix by friday following week
If people don't submit everything by wednesday I will extend the deadline until friday or sunday. Hope this makes sense:)

Oh and it's not ment as an excuse but I still didn't make it to the guitar tech so my tele has still its intonation issues. And the tele is not really made for highgain stuff. How can I get a more pleasing sound???

Thank you for the take. You don't have to worry about it , there is time until Wednesday so feel free to record more takes if you want. So glad you improvised over it - I will always encourage you to do that and we will talk about it why when the final mix is published with all the notes.

I know what you mean about tele sound , single coils are not always perfect for higher gain playing... I would try to use some sort of Noise Gate and try to bring that pickup noise down to the minimum. What kind of effects do you use?

I think guitar tech will do the intonation job in 3-4 days max. He is pretty busy guy so it depends which day of the week you take to him but he will do a very good job so your guitar will be in good hands

P.S. Backing came out really nice I am thinking of doing Lesson with it now ...

I didn't have any headphones recording the last one. So... I was just sending it straight to the computer with out hearing it.

I think I can make it better with a tad more effort.
