Well it starts from approx 1:16, it was F chord and you had F# note
on D string, 16th fret. And then you continued with Dorian, playing it not all the time but here and there, and there were few hits over F chord again.

Those intervals(3rds I think) at 00:24 are phantastic. Very very soulful, melodic, great compositions.
