GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Zooming In On The Fingerings?

Posted by: guitargod Apr 9 2007, 08:07 AM

i was thinking that the teaching style is quite effective already, there are tabs,a slow n fast video,so i was thinking could there be some zoom in on the fingerings for the slow video, okie, hope i am not to demanding, just a suggestion only....

I think that would be a great idea.

Another idea that would be helpful is to use a pick that contrasts the body of the guitar. For example, in Kris' speedpicking videos he talks about holding the pick at more of an angle, but it is really hard to see because the pick is black and the body of the guitar is dark.

You guys are reading my mind! My last lessons recorded have exactly what you want. It's just they are not online yet! So be patient!

Reading the thread, it makes me think of the glowing puck that they used to do on the NHL games on Fox.
