Hey guys! After a LOT of practicing (and changing the way I hold my pick) I think I'm ready, but I'm not sure. To be honest, I am sick of this lick (no offense Bear) but please do not pass me unless you think it is very good. I know this is a foundation for my playing and I would rather have to submit it 10 (or more) times than work build upon something that is not really good. Thanks for the advice, insight, and patience!

Well done! Sounds very good. There are some notes missed here and there, try to watch on that. Other then that, it's quite good, you're getting there.
Mate, as Ivan stated, there's still more work to do! The differences are notable, but I think you start thinking on tackling a new one in the mean time, because otherwise you'll lose motivation! Keep up the good work my friend!
I think you have improved lots since the first take definitely! Your hand position looks good (left)
For the right hand, the unwanted noise comes from NOT placing the palm over the strings, if you do that you'll notice a lot of improvement
But you still need to be a bit more precise. Give it even more strength on your right hand.
Try singing the lesson too! it helps a bunch to understand the rhythm.
Very well done! You are definitely improving with each video. I have same advice as the others, and also make sure to really focus on the timing of the notes so that you're playing them at the exact right time to give it that professional feel and sound.
The take is good man! But you have to concentrate on the timing. Making your playing tight is the next goal to achieve!
"To be honest, I am sick of this lick.."
That was from the heart ! I know the feeling man,but just that is part of the emotions coming out during the exercise ..
Much much better compared to the previous take !
Hi Jon, as my comrades say.. this is a definite improvement. Although it's not perfect, I think you can allow yourself to move onto something else now and you will continue to build on your timing and hand synchronisation. Your perseverance paid off
