Interests
My taste covers a wide area depending on my mood. I have always enjoyed the soulfulness of BB King. But I also like the rock styles of Agnes Young and Randy Rhoads. I love the sounds of the eighties, White Lion, Toto, and Def Leppard. Classic Rock is great with Heart, Scorpion, Alice Cooper, Guns and Roses.

Equipment:
FenderStrat and James Taylor Variax JTV-59. Line 6 Amplifi TT. I use REAPER for all mixing.

I am currently working on the lesson "Speed Runs for Intermediates" and I have a quick question. The lesson starts out Playing the A minor scale over the A minor chord. But when the chord changes to a F Major, the scale switches to a C Major Scale starting on the F note. I guess I do not understand why this works. Unless I am mistaking and this is not a C Major scale starting on measure 5. PS....Really enjoy the lessons, Thanks.

Original lesson: Modes Workout by Stephane Lucarelli

I am at a point in my guitar journey that I started working on modes. I selected this lesson to give me a taste. I have not done a record in some time...so here it is. Thank You.

Just a thought with a simple requests. I am now at the point where I am experiencing modes and trying to learn how to be more melodic. I have been working on sequences. Is it possible to have more lessons on sequences and even playing with scale fragments? Thank You.

Hey Kris,

I have completed a few REC takes and I love the idea and the feedback provided by the instructors. But I noticed that when I try to response back on the feedback I am not able too. I guess the feedback is one sided. I am sure there is a reason for this. I just thought it would be nice to be able to reply back to the instructor. Just a thought.....Thanks.

Original lesson: Post Rock by Gabriel Leopardi

My version of GMC Post Rock lesson by Gabriel Leopardi. I tried to mix it up by utilizing different guitars and changing up the tone. I am still learning and loving every minute. I always add a little bit of me when I am playing. My fingering will be slightly different, along with my picking. I also used a different version of the power chords at the end when playing the bass notes. Thank You Gabe for the lesson.
