I then changed to snowboarding, which I've done ever since. Obviously living in the UK is a bit of a hindrance when it comes to snow. I used to go away every year with my Dad to various resorts across France, and Canada. Places like Whistler, Chamonix, Val D'Isere, Les Arc etc. Last year though I went away with friends to Whistler, which was awesome. We ended up spending all our time in the park, messing around with rails and kickers and stuff. The snow though picked up and was absolutely amazing, so we hit up some of the back country for fresh tracks. Probably the best feeling ever, going through thigh deep powder with no one else really around. My friend and I are organising a season out in France after we finish Uni, and we're gonna get a job then board the rest of the time. Should be incredible. Just came back from my 3rd week skiing. We went to Montgenevre in France, excellent snow conditions.
