GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ An R&b Standard From The Early '60s

Nearly every early '60s Rhythm & Blues club band played this Willie Cobb song entitled You Don't Love Me. I just can't resist a song which starts with a short run of "grunge-style" heavy fifths up to the IV chord and a first verse which starts with, "Uh, uh, uh..."! (Of course "grunge" hadn't yet been invented back then...but heavy fifths had!)

Besides myself on guitar & vocal, we have Gary Bouley on guitar, Colin "Kid" Holmes on drums, Jamie Webber on bass and last but certainly not least Paul McCandless on saxes. cool.gif cool.gif
