The other day, a friend of mine came to visit at work, he is an old customer that has become a friend over the years. He was a session musician in London in the 60's. He is good friends with KK Downing (Judas Priest) and once asked me to go for a jam with them at KK's house HERE, yes, that is KK's home, he loves golf so built a PGA standard golf course in his front garden
 I didn't go to the jam, I was far far too nervous.Anyway, he's just treated himself to a new car. I had to go and sort something out in the workshop but he is returning this week or next to take me for a spin  Mclaren 570s

That colour was a £5000 option. He also had to have a suspension option to lift the car 10cm because he lives in a remote house that you have to drive along the edge of farmer's fields to get home, that cost £10,000

With the extras that he had it ended up costing him a cool £220,000  He really really really really enjoys it though, I've told you about him before Gab, about when he asked me to go an jam with him and KK Downing. I asked him to lift up the engine cover, he said he couldn't, it's locked down except for a little hatch about 10"x8", I guess the engine is a little bit special and only manufacturer is able to work on it. -------------------- SEE MY GMC CERTIFICATE “Success is not obtained overnight. My friend just came again, took me out in it. One word, SUBLIME. I've been in some pretty quick vehicles and on some pretty quick bikes but nothing has come close to the relentless and seamless power delivery of that beast. I couldn't even pull my head forward. Made my day, in fact, made my year.

eheh excellent
I remember watching a show about those cars, aside muscle there's a lot of electronic engineering to them too which is quite futuristic. |

That's great logic Mertay, I think I would be crapping myself too much though, I've probably missed the boat now but if the invitation crops up again I'll think about it and probably still bottle it
