There is actually a huge community of people across the net geared towards this sort of advice, though it's so big you'll soon become lost, theres a few GMC members (myself included) who like to read about this sort of thing. I would say expect unexpected. Whats the worst thing that could happen to you ? Ask her out, tell her you like her , she rejects you , makes fun of you ? Big deal man there is 3 billion more girls around and chances there will be plenty more that will really like you and get you for who you are. That was general advice for future. Also, don't approach every girl like she is the "one". Very small number of girls like that and that most likely (99%) leads into " lets be friends" zone where I am assuming you don't want to be in. Instead of approaching her like she is the "one" , treat her like you treat your best friends - make fun of her create challenges for her and show her what great guy you are (using right things of course - you should never brag to girls about yourself). I think personally this girl likes you - there is a lot of signals for that , but I haven't seen any body language she gives you so I can't say with 100% certainty if that will work out - maybe she sees you as best friend already , maybe you've been hanging too much together she gained a lot of trust in you and now you are past bf zone into best friends zone... The time will tell I am very excited to hear how it went , and remember if it doesn't go as expected come back here and read this response it should help you in future.
